Purpose-built AI teammates that do real work
On your systems, in your voice, 24/7/365. Local, cloud, or hybrid, your call.
You are not short on work. You are short on people who can do the work at the standard you would do it yourself. Xeal builds AI employees trained on your knowledge, wired into your systems, and running on infrastructure you control.
Service Summary
- Seven discrete AI employee roles you can hire one at a time or as a suite
- Local, cloud, or hybrid deployment based on data sensitivity and cost
- Integrated with calendar, email, CRM, phone, ticketing, and your knowledge base
- Shadow → supervised → autonomous launch so you stay in control
- 30-minute assessment maps roles, mode, time-to-value, and ROI
PRO TIP: Start with the one role that is eating the most owner hours this month. A single high-leverage AI employee beats a half-trained suite every time.
The problem you are actually having
Inboxes pile up. The team asks the same questions every week. New customers spend two weeks confused. Tickets sit overnight. You skip meetings you should attend because you are stuck in meetings you should not.
AI employees close that gap. They do not quit, sleep, or forget what you told them last month.

Local, cloud, or hybrid
We pick the mode with you during onboarding based on compliance, budget, and task mix.
| Mode | Best for | Tradeoff |
|---|---|---|
| Local | Sensitive industries, strict data policies, zero per-token bills | Runs on hardware you own (Mac mini M4 Pro, Studio, or GPU server) |
| Cloud | Heavy reasoning, long context, max raw quality | Frontier models via secure APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) |
| Hybrid (most teams) | Daily work local + hard reasoning in cloud | Privacy and predictable cost for ~80% of load, frontier power when needed |
PRO TIP: Put HR, legal, and customer PII on local by default. Burst to cloud only for long-form research, complex analysis, or tasks that truly need frontier reasoning.
The seven AI employees
Each role is discrete. Hire one, three, or all seven. They share your voice, document their work, and escalate when rules require a human.
| Role | Primary job | Best fit |
|---|---|---|
| CEO Assist | Daily brief, inbox triage, meetings, calendar defense, follow-through | Founders whose calendar is the bottleneck |
| Employee Assist | On-demand SOPs, sales practice, compliance guardrails, team Q&A | Growing teams where the owner answers everything |
| Customer Onboarding | Intake, setup guidance, welcome sequences, handoff briefs | SaaS, agencies, services with messy first two weeks |
| First Level Support | 24/7 answers, multilingual, escalation, sentiment flags | Overloaded support or founder-led tickets |
| Prospect Concierge | Sub-minute response, qualification, booking, nurture | More leads than sales can work |
| Content Engine | Drafts, repurposing, editorial calendar, refresh of aging pages | Teams that know content should feed pipeline but cannot keep cadence |
| Operations Analyst | Daily numbers, anomalies, forecasts, board-ready drafts | Owners who care about KPIs but rarely open the dashboard |

How we build each employee
- Week 1 · Knowledge extraction Interviews, SOPs, playbooks, past threads → knowledge base
- Week 2 · Integration Calendar, email, CRM, phone, ticketing, permissions, guardrails
- Week 3 · Voice and behavior Tone, do-not-say list, escalation rules, scenario tests
- Week 4 · Supervised launch Shadow → supervised → autonomous only with your approval
- Ongoing · Review Weekly for 60 days, then monthly plus continuous quality monitoring
Our commitment
If an AI employee is not producing measurable value within 60 days of going live, we keep working until it does. You get conversation logs, quality metrics, and outcome data so you can verify value yourself. If one role will not work, we swap it for one that will.
Free 30-minute AI employee assessment
Bring the top three things eating your time or your team’s time. You leave with:
- Which AI employees would move the needle most
- Which mode (local, cloud, hybrid) fits your data needs
- A realistic time-to-value estimate for each
- A one-page ROI projection for the right tier
No credit card. No hard sell. Just the assessment.
FAQ
Are these actually autonomous?
That is your call. Every employee supports shadow (drafts for review), supervised (acts, then you review), and autonomous (acts within rules, escalates edge cases). Most owners start supervised for 30 days, then graduate roles that earn it.
What happens to my data?
Local: data never leaves your building. Cloud: processed under enterprise terms with no training on your data when configured correctly. Hybrid: sensitive work stays local; only non-sensitive tasks call the cloud. You choose per employee.
Do these replace real employees?
Sometimes they replace volume hires. More often they remove low-judgment work so humans sell, serve, and decide. Support may offset 1–2 hires. Content may offset an agency retainer. CEO Assist usually replaces zero people and returns 15–20 hours a week.
What about HIPAA, PCI, or other compliance?
We build to your requirements: local or BAA’d paths for HIPAA, environments that never touch cardholder data for PCI, and full audit trails for financial services. Compliance is a design input, not an afterthought.
How is this different from ChatGPT Team or Claude for Business?
Those are chat interfaces. You still decide what to ask and how to move output into the business. We turn models into employees embedded in your systems, on a schedule, with your voice, rules, and escalation logic. The model is about 20% of the value. Training, integration, and management are the rest.
What if the AI makes a mistake with a customer?
Autonomous actions are logged and reviewable. High-stakes actions require human approval by default. Sentiment monitoring escalates frustration early. Guardrails are designed around this exact risk.
Can I change voice or behavior later?
Yes. Monthly management includes voice, rules, workflows, integrations, model upgrades, and new capabilities as your business evolves.
What happens if I cancel?
Local: you keep hardware, models, and the local knowledge base; ongoing training and monitoring stop. Cloud: service ends on cancellation. Hybrid: local continues, cloud calls stop. You receive full configuration documentation for handoff.
Who this is for
- Founders drowning in tactical work they should not own
- Teams where the owner is the bottleneck for every question
- Businesses with more leads or tickets than people can work
- Operators whose “someday I will hire for that” list keeps growing
- Buyers who treat AI as leverage, not magic
Who this is not for
- Anyone expecting a chatbot-in-a-box with zero training
- Owners who want to fire the entire team on day one
- Teams unwilling to invest the first 30 days in supervised launch
Technical reference (for CTOs and IT)
Most owners can skip this. For technical buyers:
- Local models: Llama, Qwen, Mistral families; Whisper for transcription; Kokoro/Piper for TTS
- Cloud: Claude, GPT, Gemini on enterprise data-processing terms
- Hardware: Mac mini M4 Pro / Studio for most single-role deploys; GPU servers for multi-employee suites
- Runtime: Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp; vector stores (Chroma, Qdrant, pgvector); custom orchestration with tool permissioning and audit logs
